* `admin_can_manage` is only available on the Enterprise Plan.

When using [Create a time entry](https://developer.clickup.com/reference/createatimeentry), [Start a time Entry](https://developer.clickup.com/reference/startatimeentry), or [Update a time Entry](https://developer.clickup.com/reference/updateatimeentry) :
